I.  WARRANTY

       

    LIMITED TWO YEAR PROPELLER WARRANTY

Hill Marine.Com Inc., warrants to the original purchaser all new Signature Series Propellers against blade failure, casting defects,
or workmanship. This warranty must be registered with Hill Marine.Com Inc., and is non transferable to subsequent owners.


PURCHASER OBLIGATION
Original purchaser must complete registration card, at time of receipt, and forward to Hill Marine.Com Inc. within 10 days. When
requesting warranty repair or exchange, the original purchaser must contact Hill Marine.Com for a return authorization number,
and must include a copy of the original invoice.


WARRANTY REPAIR, EXCHANGE, OR REPLACEMENT
Hill Marine.Com Inc., warrants that any defective propeller will be repaired or exchanged without charge. If, upon examination of
the returned propeller, the warranty is approved, the repaired or replacement propeller will be returned to the purchaser freight
prepaid by Hill Marine.Com Inc.. Hill Marine.Com reserves the right to replace the defective propeller with an identical or similar
in current production at the time the propeller is returned.

WHAT IS NOT WARRANTED
  • Labor for removal and replacement of defective propeller.
  • Propellers that have been remanufactured, rebuilt, repaired, or modified.
  •  Any damage caused to boat, motor, running gear and/or power train.
  •  Failure of hub insert.
  •  Any over-hub or surface piercing propeller.
  •  Those applications of the propeller where transom motor heights are such that               non-production water pick-ups
    are required are used for adequate water pressure.  
  • Damage caused by:
  1. Misuse, negligence, modifications, accident, abnormal operations or product application
  2. Participation in, or preparing for racing, or other competitive activities
  3. Grounding or striking foreign objects
  4. Cavitation, **corrosion, or electro chemical action.
  5. Transition:
    The loss of use of boat, loss of time, inconvenience, or other incidental charges such as boat haul out,
    crane service, forklift rental, telephone calls, tow and storage, car and boat rental, food, etc., or other
    consequential damages, except where required by law.

    ** All stainless steel propellers contain a small amount of nickel alloy. Under certain conditions, surface
    rust or corrosion may appear due to the nickel content.

    GENERAL TERMS
    The warranty set for the by Hill Marine.Com Inc., is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether
    oral or written, expressed or implied. No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
    shall apply except during the duration of this written warranty.  Hill Marine.Com Inc., does not authorize
    any individual or corporation to create for it any obligation, liability, or other warranty in connection with
    this product. This warranty is intended to comply with Federal statutes and regulation, and the law of the
    State of California. In no event shall Hill Marine.Com Inc., be liable for incidental or consequential
    damages. Some states do not apply.
    VENUE:  Should any litigation result from the sale or use of a Hill Marine..Com product, the venue for
    litigation shall     be in Orange County, California and this litigation shall be construed under the laws of
    the state of California.

    ATTORNEY’S FEES:  Should any attorney litigation result from the sale or use of Hill Marine.Com
    product, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees including court costs.
