II.  EXCHANGE


PROPELLER EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, due to the nature of propellers, selecting the right propeller for your boat the first time doesn’t always happen. With
this in mind, Hill Marine.Com Inc. has provided an exchange policy to the original purchaser of any Signature Series Propeller,
(stocking size only, excludes propellers taken to any propeller company for inspection or repair, does not include surface piercing
propellers) the exchange policy is as follows:


GENERAL POLICIES:
To ensure the highest degree of performance for your boat, Hill Marine.Com Inc. will offer the original purchaser of any Signature
Series Propeller an unlimited number of exchanges for a different Signature Series Propeller.
Only standard diameter and pitch sizes can be exchanged. Standard diameter and pitch sizes are listed in the propellers section of
our catalogue.

Customer is responsible for ordering the correct propeller.  If a wrong propeller is ordered Hill Marine can exchange it for 15%
exchange fee plus shipping and handling. This exchange policy is limited to thirty (30) days after purchase. Please use care when
ordering any propeller. Our experienced sales staff is available to help you if you have any questions. However we can not be held
responsible for final recommendations.
When like propellers are exchanged, there is a 15% exchange fee. When “upgrading”, you pay the 15% exchange fee plus the cost
difference of the propeller. If you “down-grade” in price you may apply the difference toward the 15% exchange fee, any remaining
credit will be applied to an in-house credit for future use.

We offer no exchanges on performance parts, drive parts, and performance or race propellers.

GENERAL TERMS:
A return authorization number must accompany any and all products being shipped back for exchange along with the copy of the
original invoice.
Hill Marine reserves the right to change any standard pitch and diameter size at any time without prior notice.


III.   RETURNS

Any product being returned for in-house credit must have a return authorization number. Freight must be prepaid and a copy of the
original invoice included. All return items are subject to a 30% restocking charge. Any product sent back that is damaged or
incomplete will be charged a higher rate at our discretion. Customer is responsible for adequate packaging of all returned product.

VI.   CLAIMS

Claims for shortage or errors in shipment must be maid within 7 days of receipt of shipment and must include a copy of the invoice.


V.   PRIVACY POLICY

When you purchase products from us we ask for information such as your name, email address, zip code, and telephone
number. For some products and services we may also ask for your address. Once you purchase a product from our store, you
are not anonymous to us.
