75 mph instead of 79.5 with a Merc Promax

I put a BC performer 4 to try on my boat (V hull 23)

Not a good prop, boat was shacking at 1000 rpm. Went 75 mph instead of 78 with a damaged bravo 1, 79.5 mph with a promax labbed, 79 mph with a chopper 3 blades.

I sent this prop for lab to check if it was well balanced.
